All portable air conditioners are pricey but this one is worth the money. I bought this unit to cool my son's room because the windows in there were old and prohibited the use of a regular window unit. His room isn't too large but this unit can make it frosty or comfortable based on your setting. This can also double as a dehumidifier too! Setting it up is super easy and as they say idiot proof. Again my son's room is a small one so I didn't need one of the bigger portable units but this one is perfect!!!

I've had this product for about 3 months now it's a great product it's very inexpensive it does everything it's supposed to do and I just love it!!I also recommend to anyone on a budget this is the number one brand to Buy!!!

This a/c works great for me. It cools off the bedroom well, so I can sleep. It works even better than I was hoping for! I should have bought one years ago. The fan has two settings, high and low. After reading the manual, I found the controls to be very easy to figure out. Even has a remote control! You just have to be sure to clean the air filters twice a month, and drain the water occasionally. I'm fairly handy, so setting it up was pretty easy. It's a portable in-the-room a/c, so there is a little bit of noise but I can live with that because the cool air is worth it.

You do need to constantly clean the back, and side filters it you dont it makes noise.

This portable air conditioner has turned my second story bedroom into a cool place to sleep at night. The window faces west so it gets all the direct hot afternoon sun. It was impossible to sleep. It cools the room and makes it comfortable to sleep at night. It is easy to use by a few buttons on the remote.

I am very pleased with this portable unit...it keeps my room cool...the noise level is equal to running a fan...At first i was worried about the venting out of the window due to living in a apartment building....but it worked out okay and it was very easy to do all of this... I only run this unit at night and i turn it on about 1 hour before i ready to be in that room cools it off really well.

This air conditioner is fantastic. I'm an older women and always had a window air conditioner however they are way to heavy for me. So I bought this portable one and it works much better than the other ones I had. Its on wheels, its easy enough to move to any room, and installation was easy enough with no lifting. It even has a dehumidifer on it which is great on a humid day. You can set the temperature to what you want all the way down to 65 or higher and it takes just a short time to cool the room . It even has a remote controller if you want to change any setting. I LOVE IT,LOVE IT, LOVE IT. I've run it since June and still haven't had to drain it but my curiosity left me to see how easy that would be to open the drain . It was so easy it surprised me. Also I have a rock garden in the backyard and a window air conditioner is so ugly from the outside sticking out of the window and this is almost invisible with only a light gray strip of about 5 inches going across bottom of the window so you can enjoy the view outside.

I love this portable air conditioner! When in the garage doing laundry I take it with me! When the kids are not home I can turn off the central a/c and leave the portable one on, many times I only need the fan on. We've had this machine since spring and haven't had to empty the water & cleaning the filters is super easy!! LOVE IT! Keeps the electric bills down another cool feature!

I have a shop in my home where I make violins and it gets hot in the summer. I didn't want to fight with a window unit and when I found this unit it looked just right for the job. It fits all of my needs and I don't have to have it in place in the cooler months. I am pleased with it.
