hey there, after purchasing 55' Lg ut75 after reading a few of these reviews the first thing I noticed was how many people complained about the dinky remote they got with their lg tv's and actually they are absolutely correct . i was disappointed as well but not to the point i would return the 55' i purchased. I bought a 65 " almost two years ago that came with that famous magic remote and still have not been able to figure out but only because I mostly use the remote that xfinity (lit) gives to their customers so the manic pretty much collects dust until just recently started using the apps that came with the tv. anyway Im only just learning the remote that came with it so not sure if all the features (not many) that came with really work. but if not i will return for a new remote. other than that my 55' is only barely 2 weeks old but the picture is phenomenal its not a OlED C3 quality but Ill tell you what it floored me when I first set it up. great job with TV pictures Lg . please work on remotes lol.

How can a person spend a significant amount of money on a new TV and not receive an equally amazing remote with it? *Our last LG TV lasted 18 years even with daily use - wonderful picture, product and couldn't be happier. It actually inspired us to buy other LG products. However, WE TOO are so disappointed with not being able to easily operate our beautiful new 2024 Oled LG Smart TV ... or navigating the web server ... or being able to easily use Roku. Very disappointed. What good is a beautiful picture and no way to use the TV? And why does LG not support Roku?

We bought a 65" LG Smart OLED TV and it came with this Smart Remote. I decided to order another remote so my wife and I would both have one. It took all of maybe 10 seconds to pair with the TV and works great. Never had a Remote to pair with a product that fast. It's taking a little while getting used to it, but we just came from an Analog TV to this on 03/06/25 and we love it. I would like to add that I ordered the Remote March 30 and it came in today April 2. Thank you very much LG for the fast shipping and your great products!!!

Lg's magic remotes are awesome! You might see a lot of reviews saying that the voice or the scroll wheel isn't working, but it's because... YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST PAIR THE REMOTE TO THE TELEVISION FIRST! People please read the owner's manual! I do miss not being able to customize the cursor to the weird bird thing like prior TVs used to have, but this is a forgivable mistake.

ti literally got my an lg tv so i could have the magic remote. i had one with the previous version and i loved it. but this one oh brother it suckss!!! didnt last a year. the center wheel fell inside randomly and the stability of it just sucks. sometimes i turn off the tv entirely because it gets so frustrating to navigate thru the interface with the remote. FIX ITTTT.

Too confusing and too many options. Blue tooth is not great and no simple "pause" button on the device. It also gets confused.

We as senior citizens put out a large amount of money for our first 75 inch tv we have been saving for a long time. It came with a basic remote that doesn't work Alexa or much else. The tv we like, but if I can't get a remote that works it's going back. So dissatisfied. S# 75UT755OAUA tv. How do I find a Alexa remote please

Absolutely abysmal. Barely Made to work seems to be every companies slogan. I have no idea how companies seem to be getting worse at upgrading technology instead of better.
