    Excellent product in every way, absolutely worth every penny - it replaced a 10-year old Panasonic plasma, which had impressive picture quality, yet this is better in all aspects - picture, sound, connectivity, software/UI. Have converted my entire family to LG OLED so they don't feel let down by their XYZ brand TVs. Regular use for over 6 years, and still as good as the day we bought it! I see other options now with OLED technology, but using is believing - the competition is only now trying to catch up.

    I have had no problems with my B7A, the panel got a stuck pixel a few months after I got it but LG replaced it. Has been great since then going on 6-7 years. All the people complaining about it being junk and all that after 6-7 years just want something to complain about. I understand you want it to last but thats just the way she goes. I will never hesitate to buy an LG product, their appliances arent the best but their TV's are very good in my experience.

    Sadly our unit had significant burn-in and is getting worse day by day. From the language, there was nothing we could have done different to prevent it from happening with these older OLED models. \ We loved the built in sound bar which is not something done any more in this space.

    When I first got this tv I was very happy, never really thought my money would be such a waste, I have other brand tv's that seem to last longer with no issues. so lately after 6 years my 65b7a got so slow and annoying that I just want to throw out the window. I have constant internet disconnections on ethernet cable. everything playing seems glitchy and slow. sound seems normal but video freezes. this happens on apps and live antenna./ remote never responds... so I tried changing batteries, factory resetting, update my software. conclusion: not worth 3,000. I payed

    Have had my OLED55B7A TV for 6 years and have all the same issues as those complaining here. As mentioned in the posts here, at about 4 years the reds were horrible, a lot of burn in and it appears I have colored lines in my future, as well. I did the pixel thing and visited "the great link" for help and got nothing out of it. I have never spent a lot on a TV but took a chance and obviously like the others here got cheated out of my money. I even specifically asked the sales people about color fading and burn ins and was assured that this would not happen and that this TV would last 20 years. I guess LG trained those who sell this TV well or they lied to them to ensure the TV would sell and could grow their bottom line. As most here I will never buy another LG tv again. Dont bother to reply LG, I already know you have no real answers or resolution for this. Unless you are going to replace this piece of junk with a brand new TV for free and no strings attached, I am done.

Since you mentioned that you attempted to run a pixel refresher, let's go ahead and attempt other troubleshooting steps to get you going! Besides running a pixel refresher, try enabling the Screen Shift feature on your OLED55B7A TV to prevent burn-in. Also, adjust the logo brightness in the Advanced Settings menu to reduce the risk of burn-in from static logos. Avoid displaying static images for long periods and mix up the content on your TV.     OLED65B7A This was a great tv until the screen became burnt and almost the entire screen is green with lines running through the screen. I spoke with LG today and I was told to take it to a local LG Repair Shop to fix it and that there wasn't anything LG could do to support my concern, which is very disappointing as this was an expensive tv, which I expected to last much longer.

    The tv is/was beautiful but the screen burn in is an issue. The yellows turn to green and the oranges are more brown. I called LG and they wouldn't help to replace due to being out of warranty even though they know this is a common problem with this model. Very disappointing because the tv is tremendous when functioning properly.

    This tv has performed well with a great OLED picture. The YouTube App is especially problematic however The like button is always selected and can't be changed. I did experience some burn-in but I am satisfied with how LG handled the panel replacement out of warranty. They had a local repair company replace the panel and only charged me for that panel which is far less then the tv cost new. I'd like to know how fix YouTube rather then have to get another streamer
