    The LG OLED TV is used on a part time basis, overall it has good features yet in a short time an image has burned into the center of the screen fading outward with a green tint. Our other LG OLEG does not have this annoying image so we know the problem TV should be covered for replacement, we were advised it will not be replaced.

    Thought I bought a great TV. This is my fifth LG. Was very happy with the picture until I noticed horizontal green lines at the bottom of the screen which is Burn in. As diagnosed by your customer service department. They claim there's nothing they can do or we can do to improve. Except buy a new TV. Not a good example.. was considering the purchase of a new G3 – 65 inch for my family room. However, I may think twice on that now based on the experience of the 55 inch.

    For a first generation model it's a great tv but does have some flaws that have been addressed in latter generations. Over time the tv has experienced some burn-in and a loss of a few pixels in the far outside corner but overall still very watchable, excellent colors and perfect blacks and still better than most of the lcd screens out there. The only other problems I've had with it is the lack of some apps in the store so you might want to invest in a firestick or roku.

    This is my third LG TV and by far the best. The picture quality and color are exceptional. But what makes the TV truly remarkable is that we have a small family room so there are people watching from wide angles and the picture is still great.

    I have an OLED and no warning regarding burn it. My TV has permanent burn it. BUY I cheap TV you can't tell the difference STUPID purchasing an OLED!

    I bought this OLED with a promise that I would not have any burn-ins, if I exercised the noise reduction function once a week. I did and have terrible burns. I will not buy another LG again!

    We loved our LG until it had a Burn-In problem and apps started to malfunction. Tech came out and diagnosed it as a common Manufacturer Defect on this model that LG has since corrected. LG will not help us with a repair or replacement for the Manufacturer Defect. Very surprised and sad. This TV has sentimental value.

    I own 2 of these. Bought them both 2 years ago. One has been operational for 2 years and it's been great. The other has been in storage but just set it up and is also perfect. I love the integrated features. Easy to set up. Easy to use. If you are setting up a surround system using the arc feature through hdmi, be sure to go to audio settings to enable the 2 way feature. If you do this correctly, it's an easy user experience. Looking to buy a larger model in the next year or so.

    I know this model comes in a commerical series and a residential series. Both use the same part/model number. The residential is the newer model with hdr10 whereas the other does not carry hdr10. Is this the newer model with hdr10?
