    Had the TV for about 5 years and mostly enjoyed it until it suffered from screen burn-in. Just from regular use. The pixel-shifting feature that is supposed to help prevent this was turned on. Pixel-refresh feature does not fix the problem. Now I'm stuck with the ugly screen defect and I probably couldn't even give the TV away.

    The picture quality is outstanding. I domt think anyone could deny that. My beef is with the longevity of (or lack there of) of such an expensive that we use every single day. I feel like i took extremely good care of this television and still the color is burnt out towards the center of the screen. If you're not going to offer a warranty long than one year (which is messed up to begin with) on such a big ticket item, then could you at least make repairing the thing affordable? Im not a well-to-do person, i dont have a lot of money, this is one of the only nice things i own and my grandmother bought it for me before she died. She remembered how much i liked it and she bought it as her going away (forever) present. To top it all off and to make matters worse, 2 customer service reps booted me out of the chat when i ask to speak with a manager and that i wanted my situation escalated. 3 stars on the product, 1/10 stars on customer... Definitely will never shop LG ever again for ANYTHING and i would never think about recommending them to a friend. Unless i guess someone with LG wants to help me make this right...

    I bought this TV on 1/21/19 and liked its quality. However, a vertical green line appeared in November 2022 on the left side of screen (coincidently while watch Matrix). Of course, this was after the warranty had expired. Service center said they could replace the screen, but the cost is equivalent to an new TV. Very upset....

    Great—Before The Screen Turned Green

    We purchased the unit five years ago and it performed flawlessly until the spring of 2021 when images in the middle of the screen started producing a GREEN tint color. The green tint is especially visible when yellow colors are displayed. We can still watch the TV and will continue to do so until we save enough to buy a replacement. The bottom line is that I consider this 'green screen' issue a premature failure of a TV set that should last a bit longer. Very disappointed in this TV.

    I have owned my LG tv for several d have no regrets purchasing it. The picture is clear with brilliant color. The large screen makes shows so much more enjoyable to watch. I added a sound bar and woofer so the sounds makes things come to life seeing movies on the wide screen. Better than in a movie theater.

    My almost 4 year old tv has several areas of burn in. We read carefully how to avoid this by not leaving any one channel on for an extended period of time, running pixel refresh, etc. but it occurred anyway. This was too much expense for a tv to last less than four years. Do not recommend, there are other tvs with good pictures that will last longer.

    I had this TV for about 2.5 years before the Burn-in started to set in. It was a GREAT TV, very stylish with the screen on glass, picture was great after some tweaking. However, the burn-in started after 2.5 years with minimal game playing. I was a bit upset by it and now have to find something new.
