User submitted media — How does a 555 hour Panel have no yellow or orange light left in the candle already? I really needed to make sure before purchase a 555 hour OLED could still display correct color?

I bought this tv based on Consumer Reports great review and enjoyed it for a couple of years. That being said, I was totally disappointed when a large burn-in appeared. After several conversation with customer support, nothing could be done to reverse the utterly unwatchable and distracting images. In the center of the screen, all faces were green. I recently purchased another brand to replace the LG OLED 55B6P that was once a great tv.

I bought this tv just over a year ago and there is already a big green spot in the middle that is slowly getting larger. At first the picture was amazing and I loved the tv but for the price I paid it was not worth it considering I only got a year of use out of the tv and will soon have to buy a new one because of all the discoloring. The warranty that came with the tv ended just as it started to happen. I thought refreshing the pixels would work but it has only gotten worse. DO NOT waste your money on this TV!

I have a 4 year old OLED TV I paid almost 3,000 for. LG did a forced update of their operating system and now it will not play most content and I can't download smart app updates. I have had to call 3 times and spend an hour on the phone and promises of "we will call you back, your case has been escalated'. Yet no one will call me back or solve this.

This was an amazing TV in so many ways but extremely disappointed with how fast it's reached end-of-life due to display panel issues. With 12k hours in just under 5 years, the pixels in the middle of the screen are not able to produce red color accurately anymore and leaves a green tint in that area of the screen. All maintenance instructions were followed and good care was taken to prevent screen burn-in during use. This lifecycle is MUCH shorter than has been advertised for LG OLED panels. Other than that, the picture was amazing before this issue, the integrated streaming apps are just as good, if not better, than what is available with external set-top-boxes and the magic remote experience is superior to what is available from similar class competitors. Unfortunately all the great things mentioned are not helpful if the screen isn't able to render colors correctly.
