Regular TV sounds better than this bar. After AI calibration you cannot hear the surround sounds or sub. You are forced to download an app in order to use the product. I received this product free with my TV and it is was a waste of technology and materials. The design is nice but quality is non-existent.

If you're looking for an upgrade from basic stereo speakers, the LG S90TY soundbar is worth a look. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I love how immersive the sound feels. The simulated surround sound is impressive and creates a cinematic experience especially for movies and gaming. It's not a true surround sound system, so if that's important to you, I definitely recommend picking up the optional wireless rear speakers. Bluetooth connectivity is solid and pairing with my phone was easy. The integration with LG TVs is smooth, and you get extra features like being able to utilize your TV speakers as part of the system. One thing to note is that I had a bit of signal interference at first because my subwoofer was too close to a Wi-Fi extender. Once I moved it a few feet away, the issue was gone. I purchased the LG S90TY soundbar to put on our bedroom and connect to our LG TV. We had been looking to enhance our listening experience since we watch most movies and TV shows in our bedroom. We've been utilizing the TV speakers but the soundbar has been an incredible addition to our movie watching! We are able to hear the sound clearly and it has enhanced how we watch movies. We've also been able to listen to music in our bedroom through the soundbar and its been pretty impressive! I can't recommend this soundbar enough. I've been using this soundbar for couple of days, and I am impressed. The sound quality is very clear, and deep bass. Dialogue in drama is much easier to hear, and music sound effect is cinematic. Great value for the money, I recommend it.

Speaker came damaged. That happens. So I call in and they make me send in pics. They take a look and agree that it's damaged. Then they say they'll email me a return label and someone will call me to arrange for delivery of a new product. Nothing happens for a few days, so I call in. Then then tell me that they don't send replacements for damaged soundbars? They will only process a refund? But I got a really good deal on it, so that's sort of annoying.

Oh my goodness! My boyfriend and I have been absolutely loving this soundbar! It has totally transformed the bedroom into our own personal movie theater. Dolby Atmos and DTS:X fill the entire room for a fully immersive experience. He loves it for Netflix and Marvel movies, but I love it most for blasting my spotify music in the mornings. :) The wireless connectivity is also a game changer for cutting out the need for a special receiver along with the built in voice assistant…this soundbar is truly elite. Unable to add S90TR to ThinQ app. Called support and they said this model isn't compatible with the app. The error message in the app says my device is registered in a different country? The owners manual indicates 20+ times to use the app. What a mess. Using the remote and audio commands to control this is insane for an MSRP of almost a thousand dollars. The old LG Soundbar app is deprecated so I can't use that either.

I ordered a soundbar, expecting a premium experience but unfortunately, it arrived defective. I sent it for repair, and now it's been 10 business days with no resolution. Every time I follow up, I m just asked to wait longer. At this point, I do not want a refurbished product for the price I paid. If the soundbar was defective from the start, the right thing to do is take it back an issue a full refund. I paid for a brand new, working product not for a repaired unit. Please process my refund as soon as possible
