LG Receiver No Longer Connects To Soundbar

I've had my LG soundbar, woofer and receiver with 2 speakers since 2018. Suddenly stopped working and the LG Receiver model no: SPJ4-S pairs to my LG Woofer but no sound comes out of the two small speakers at the back of the room. I can hear a little bit of interference and the green dot stays green when pairing to the woofer. Ive tried a factory reset - just wondered if you have any ideas of whats wrong and if you could fix it please?

I bought this for my mom for Christmas because she has hearing problems! Set the system up and she loved it ! The speakers were right behind her and she could hear! It lasted about 6 weeks! quit working ! Sent it back ! Got it Back 6 WEEKS LATER ! Hooked it back up. IT LASTED 4 WEEKS! CALLED LG THEY SAID SEND IT BACK FOR REPAIRS! THEY HAVE HAD THIS SYSTEM LONGER THAN MY MOM HAS ! I TRYED E MAILIN LG AND NO RESPONCE ! CUSTUMER SERVICE SAID I HAD TO SEND IT BACK 3 TIMES BEFORE THEY WOULD REPLACE IT! i WILL NEVER BUY A LG PRODUCT AGAIN !

I have never added speakers to my TVs before because I never thought it was needed. Well, my hearing isn't what it use to be so I thought I'd give it a shot. I couldn't believe what I was missing in my shows and movies. I'm enjoying watching TV so much more now. Plus, the bluetooth feature is so utility when I'm cleaning the house and want some "mood" music going. LG rules the day with this product.

I recently purchased this surround sound for my husband as an early Christmas present. He loves it!! It was sooooo easy to get up and going. He can play his music, watch TV and hear it or do both. Of course the tv sound is off, but he likes watching tv and listening to music at the same time.
