Pros: Connects Easily
Cons: Bulky
Other thoughts: It says ipod/iphone compatible, which it is, in the fact that it works when plugged into an ipod/iphone; however it doesn't provide all the functionality that the OEM ipod headphones afford. it has a single button on the in-line controller that allows you to stop and start the music, press it twice to skip forward, three times to skip backward, but it does not have volume controls that come standard on the OEM headphones. If you want to adjust the volume you have to pull the phone out and do it manually, which can be a pain when riding a bike/motorcycle or working out. Also, between the adapter and the shichever headphones you plug into it there's too much cable and it makes it seem 'bulky'

Cons:
Other thoughts: This is a cheap way to add telephonic abilities to a set of earbuds you already own. The downside for me was that adding a third cord and an extra jack to my system made cord management that much more unwieldy. Wrapping up the earbuds when not in use was awkward because of the sizeable jack on this device, and the microphone piece also interfered with spooling up the cords. All of this made for a tangled mess when it came time to unwrap and use the earbuds.
Minor complaint: when using them at the gym, the only convenient place to hook the microphone was on the collar of my T-shirt. Frankly it did not do a very good job of picking up my voice in that location. However, callers said the sound on their end was still much better compared to when I was using my Motorola S305 bluetooth headset. That headset, which admittedly does not have any special noise-cancellation features that I can detect, seems to amplify the already-loud background music playing on the gym PA system, which my callers always hated.

Pros: Good Sound, Plenty of cord
Cons: Button tough to press, A little bulky, Inconsistent performance
Other thoughts: It generally works, but the button is difficult to manipulate. 'Double-clicking' the button to skip songs can get dicey, especially if your hands get sweaty. In terms of sturdiness, it's Monster build, so no worries; I'm just not impressed with the button mechanism.
