Pros: I really like how easy it is to install and release from the CD slot. I am enjoying CD's playing as well as a sturdy mount for my large 7' GPS. Cons: Other thoughts:

Pros: once properly installed, it stays put. I like that unlike the windshield mount that came with my GPS, I can reach the GPS and make entries. Cons: I wish the mechanism to tighten the unit in place did not protrude from the unit. Other thoughts: This works well as advertised. I just wish my car had more options for mounting. The CD slot puts it a bit lower than I would like. I need to look too far down to see the map, but that is not this units fault.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
