SUGGESTED USAGE:
-Apply shadow directly on top of Tinted Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base (sold separately) to create full intensity that lasts all day.
-Use the versatile formula as an eyeshadow or an eyeliner, applied wet or dry.
For Soft Essentials:
-Use an eyeshadow brush to pat and blend shadow for all-over lid color.
-Use a contour brush for targeted application in the bridge or inner corner.
-Use a blending brush to diffuse and soften color.
For Precious Metals:
-Use a diffusing brush to apply all-over sheer shimmer.
-To transform eyeliner, use a smudge brush with shadow over liner.
-Blend and diffuse.
For Pure Pops:
-Use a diffusing brush to pack on dense color and create dramatic dimension.
