Pros: This machines creates delicious quality espresso and coffee (different pods for each). Every cup is topped off with the signature crema (like foam) on top. Quick to prepare No cleanup Auto clean setting Absolutely perfect! Beautiful looking machine Cons: None really, except that you can only use Nespresso Virtuoline capsules. Other thoughts: I am so glad I purchased this!!! Would definitely recommend. I got it on sale but it would be worth it at full price too! I can't believe I'm making such effortless good coffee at home - I feel like I'm drinking at a coffee shop.

Pros: The best coffee machine ever and Buydig has the best prices around. Cons: Coffee isn't hot enough so I have to zap it in the microwave for 30 seconds then its perfect. Other thoughts: Love this machine. Don't love the fact you can only buy the coffee capsules from Nespresso for $1.10 each for coffee.

Pros: Don't know - still have not received notice that it is in stock and has shipped Cons: Paid for it on Nov 27 with a gift card and now my account calls me 'Gift Card'. Customer service has assured me 3x that it was changed but it has not changed. They also told me that it was temporarily out of stock and would ship in 3 or 4 days but now they are saying they will notify me when it ships. In the meantime, I ordered coffee for the machine 2 days after I placed this order and it arrived yesterday. Other thoughts: Why is it being sold when it is 'out of stock'. I am concerned that they do not want to honor the Black Friday sale price which was the only reason I purchased this very expensive coffee maker.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Pros: I made this purchase on Nov 25. The item description listed the Aerocino + as being including. I checked several times as I wanted to purchase a unit with the aerocino. I received the item today and no aerocino is including. conveniently the web description on buydig has changed. There was NO notification that item was incorrectly listed. There will be a lot of angry ppl that purchased this under the false impression and a whole lot of machines being returned back to buydig. At a minimum at least should have notified buyer that there was a change. Cons: Other thoughts:
