It replaced two pieces of equipment and it works perfectly. As a donation, I purchased it and installed it for the church to help improve office operations primarily internet access.

Pros: USB Drive Found, Amazing, All share USB Hard Drive, Speed actually Increased Cons: Seems to warm a bit Other thoughts: Simplified tasks. Everything loaded quicker with our 3 tablets, 1 Netbook, 1 Laptop, Wireless Printer, LAN Dish DVR and LAN Blue Ray. Found the USB Hard Drive with no problem on our Netbook and Laptop. Even recognized the Printer SD card reader to be accessed with all devices and the tablets printed pictures to the wireless printer with no problem. Thought it would do cloud since it supported a USB hard Drive(that would make it even more amazing), but not the right model number for that.

Pros: Cons: Router did not work, Antenna was broken Other thoughts: Modem/router did not work at all. Antenna was dangling when removed from packaging. Seems like this missed the refurb part of the process and was just reshipped to me.

If its refurbished, it shud have been tested already, which clearly means it wasnt, and is an indication of product quality checks at Beach camera. They did send me an RMA immediately after complaining, but that does not help my brother whom I gifted this to, and has taken overseas for use. Shipping it back to the US is more costly than the item price. So thank you Beach Camera for a paper weight Router
