I got it as a gift. Was working great but this last time we used it I now have a sticky film I just can't get rid of no matter what I use. I even ran through the dishwasher.

I received a ninja foodi air fryer/pressure cooker! Everyone I know who has one can't say enough good thing about it! I did not the basket, and only 1 wire rack! Everyone said theirs came with it when they bought it! Please explain or do I have to pay extra and order basket and wire racks?

I use mine every day! I use it for biscuits in the morning. Toast...rolls for dinner. Pizza for my grandson. I like the low profile and the "flip" feature to save cabinet. It heats up super fast and is very easy to use. I'm still learning and was looking up the model so I could you tube more recipes.

I purchased this item some time ago. I have only been able to use it about three times because it smokes so bad that it makes me feel like it may cause a fire. I am about to put it on the trash. It was money wasted.

We bought our 2nd Ninja Profesional 1500 Watts blender because the 1st one's base started smoking. Now this one has started doing the exact same thing after only having it for 4 months. We are completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this product after we had high expectations from all of the reviews we had read.

I'm very frustrated with the Ninja Air Fryer oven. It's fine to use as a toaster, but if using the air fryer mode with anything greasy, then forget it! The heating elements have burnt on food which I've tried scrubbing off gently, but now the oven smokes and burns and sets off my smoke alarms. I can even use the toast function in the morning without smoke pouring out if it. I've only had it about 2 months and I don't know what to do with it!

This was given to me as a Christmas gift so I have not used it for long BUT, what I have used it for has been awesome. I have reheated wings, and fries. Air Roasted chicken thighs, and potatoes, reheated what I made last night, and dehydrated pineapple slices. So far this exceeds my expectations since there are not a lot of recipes or instructions available for this particular product. I would really like to see more on line and in source instructions. I feel like I am starting by myself. How to cook bacon in it. How to reheat food in what accessary. I don't know if it is to new or if it is just neglect on the Shark/Ninja organization.

I bought this back in the fall in an effort to regain counter space and speed up baking. This is perfect, replacing my toaster, air fryer, and dehydrator (which I never actually used). So much so that I recommend it to friends and family. The baking sheet that comes with it is *terrible*. Inexcusably so. But also easily remedied by buying a high quality non-stick baking pan in the smaller dimensions. That, for me, took it from a 4 to a 5.

I bought our ninja foodie in the summer time. We started having problems with it in early December where it started surging, the light bulb flickered and it wasn't heating properly. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a replacement. It is doing the same thing. Anyone else experiencing anything like this? When it works it's great.
