    Took this camera to Aruba with me , very nice was pleased bye the pictures it took . The downside it was not a good camera for low light picture , very grainy .

    Pros: I had to send back two broken Nikon-refurbished Coolpix S9700s before I got a third one that worked. Beach Camera made the return process easy; their phone people were great to deal with. But really, Nikon? Two broken ones? Yes, it was a pain to get it, but I love this camera. Although I have a lot more to learn about it, the daylight outdoor photos I've been taking with the zoom have been amazing, with great resolution. You can really enlarge the image and crop it severely. I thought I must be crazy to buy this camera three times. But it was about $80 cheaper refurbished from Beach Camera, and their people were so nice. I hope this one doesn't break! Cons: Other thoughts:

    Pros: Compact and light-weight. Easy to carry in my purse. Love the 30x zoom. I'm very pleased with the quality of the photos from this camera, and the special effects options are fun. Cons: The flash pops up right where you would naturally put your left hand/fingers as you're holding the camera. I just have to get used to that... and remember to tell people who are taking a picture for me with my camera. Also, my right thumb frequently bumps the video record button (which is right beside the thumb rest) when I'm holding the camera, so I have lots of unwanted videos. Again, I just have to get used to that so I can stop doing it. Other thoughts: Overall, I am extremely pleased with this camera. I just took it on a trip abroad, and am very happy with the pictures I was able to capture on my holiday. It was easy to use, and I found it very dependable.

I got some great close up pictures from a recent UFC event at the United Center in Chicago. Cons: None I can think of.     Pros: Very sharp lens, super zoom, manual controls through menu, pop up flash helps eliminate red-eye, wi-fi control through smart phone Cons: None Other thoughts: I can make 16 x 20' enlargements with no trouble. As a professional photographer I have sometimes taken this camera instead of my heavy gear on pleasure ttips and still get great results. This lens is SHARP. When you take a good picture you can blow it up.

    Pros: Lots of features. Great lens for such a small unit. Bought it for a trip to Africa. Other cameras are too big and heavy. Cons: Took me 3 tries to get one that was working 100%. Buydig is a solid company and stands behind everything they do. Nikon's refurbished products are iffy. This is not Buydig's fault. Buydig refunds were easy and fast. I'm a customer for life. Must use the supplied Nikon PS to charge battery in camera. I bought a matching battery only charger and extra batteries, just in case. Other thoughts: Wifi is used for remote control only with a phone. You need cable or card reader to transfer photos.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
