Today, I am on my 4th Voyager Pro +. I'm a quadriplegic and depend on this for my safety. The sound quality and ease-of-use is superb but this rubber that allows it to swivel keeps breaking to where the unit is unusable for me. I went to use it last night to call home to tell them I was on my way home from work and the rubber was broken to where the phone was unusable for me. I need to have the answer button on the side of the boom since I have limited hand movement. Otherwise, besides the rubber breaking I enjoy this unit.

I had mine for 4 years never a problem until it finally broke into it was the best I ever found the newer ones are not as clear for me I would love to be able to find another one

I bought this as a replacement for my broken voyager pro plus as it was out of warranty. Sound and wind reduction are great. Nice features as well. Still hurts behind my ear but it's only been about a week. Hopefully that will get better. Plantronics replacement product is great. Other Bluetooth was easy to return to them. I'll be a customer for life I'm sure.

I bought this product on-line and have had similar headsets before. This one lasted 3-4 weeks and just quit. It is no longer being mfgd. so this is a good thing! Do not purchase remaining stock. They are faulty.
