the reaction time between using your remote control and seeing a response to the control unit (tv) is very very slow. the download time of information from the internet like youtube for example is also very very slow. i would not suggest this unit to anyone

I've owned this machine for several years and haven't had ANY problems with it. It always connects to my WiFi on a just a "Very good" signal. It has played without problems for over 2 years now. The video and audio are excellent! If you read the reviews, MANY of them are for other products! I paid marginally more on sale! After owning, I would buy another without a qualms.

When it worked it did a great job streaming and playing dvd's. However there were many times that it would have glitches. Then it died an early death at 16 months of usage.

Bought the unit for smart features cannot get Crave. Very limited to Opera app...contacted Samsung for help and they could not recommernd a unit. So if you are looking for a smart blu-ray find another company!
