3rd week after I bought them the left ear bud kept connecting and disconnecting. 4th week the left earbud popped and no longer does even mildly high volume comes out of it

Although at first it was a good headset. Over time the volume kept getting lower and lower. I figure out that by cleaning and replacing the screen on the head set was the best option to maintain the headset. I believe these little screens is also what keeps it waterproof as well. Unfortunately I have ran out of these little screens and there is apparently no way of purchasing new screens. So now I am left with the option of keeping the screens on and barley be able to hear anything or risk water or sweat destroying them.... I think this a huge design flaw and short sided on samsung not to offer any sort of replacement mesh screens. Also, if you purchase these headphone keep your packing so you don't loose the brush and mesh screens.

I usually buy the LG Bluetooth headphones but I decided to try these. I have tried to use these many times but they stop everytime I bend down and the whole purpose is so I can use them while working out and while being active. I can only use these while and sitting which is so frustrating. I recieved these as a gift or I would be very upset due to the price not being cheap. They do stay in my ears for the most part which is great and the case holds enough to recharge it just by returning them to the case since they die after a couple hours of listening to music. This would be way more useful again if I could use them while cleaning, cooking, exercising etc. I have tried to contact customer service but you need to log in and for some reason it never allows me to log on from my phone only the pc which is a inconvenience to me. I really want to stop others from wasting their time or money.

Sound is great but that's the only good thing about the IconX. I'm sending back my 2nd pair because the left bud has stopped responding again. I stopped using them months ago but might as well still use the warranty. I really wish there was a way to ban these from ever being sold on the market as no one should go through what I have been with these junks.

First of all you really need to be precised when putting these earbuds to charge since if the top pad isn't sitting properly on earbud they wont charge. Second you need to take them off by "unscrewing" out of your ear otherwise its painful if you just normally drag them out of your ear (as I was doing my whole life but now apparently this is a wrong way) and by dragging these earbuds out of your ears you also make the rubber band get off the earbud which again will disturb charging. ( you need to adjust this band on earbud in order to be able to charge earbuds in their charging case) I do appreciate that they had rubber band for each size L M S but at some point I thought that it would be better to have a standard (one size) but that thing on top should be from plastic or another material (more firm) in order to not have so many problems with charging and losing these staff in your pockets (when sometimes you take off earpiece and just put it in pocket until you find your charging case) Another thing which I didn't like was that white filter inside of earbuds ( One day I went out of shower and I started listening to music before I actually cleaned my ears perhaps a drop of water just hit the earbud or the wax from ear mixed with water Im not sure what was the problem, but in the end that white filter absorbed "some dirt" in an instant and the volume was very low. After that I had really a lot of troubles to clean that small white piece. For a couple of weeks I couldn't even understand why the sound is so low, after watching some videos and reading other reviews I realized that its the filter which limits the maximum capacity of volume is filled with water and it wont restore by its own. I tried to clean it but nothing good happened. It was clean it was working but it was always getting off earbud in the end I lost one of these white filter. Then I removed the second one, the volume was bigger and sound was kinda filled with more noise. (perhaps it wasn't just volume but also noise cancellation filter). Another thing was the case. It is a lot better than the previous Samsung gear icon but it still took 2 months and perhaps 5 drops on the floor until this case wasn't closing anymore. I had to take a strap and put it around the case in order to charge my earbuds. One last thing is that I like to listen a lot and by a lot I mean minimum 8 hours per day. Sometimes I can listen to 5 hours straight and when I hit the 3rd hour or even the 4th my ears starts to hurt. Its even painful to touch them perhaps its the weight of gear icon x. Maybe its too much for my ears, but since I bought air-pods I don't have any of these issues I listed. They are twice as heavy and I can listen to them 6-7 hours straight until they are completely discharged. They are firm and fixed in my ears I can take them out pretty easily, sometimes I don't even feel them in my ear. I didnt had these had time with white filter, I can listen with my ears filled with water. I cant even tell how many times I dropped the case , but thanks to magnetic case its still closing and works fine. I don't want to advertise apple product since I really hate Apple as company but I do need to confirm that apple air pods are by a mile better then gear icon x. I like Samsung products I have Samsung s 9 and gear s 3, but these earbuds just are not the product I was waiting for. I hope the next one will be a lot better since I really want to have the "full set".

Just wanted to leave a review to share that samsung honors exchanges alot of the time if one of the earbuds has a volume problem. I've had to exchange my pair twice in the year and a half ive had them. FYI

I love these things for workout. But... First of all, I never use workout couch, just because I do my workouts my way, at my pace and hate hearing this annoying voice: faster, faster, slow down, you are doing great, etc. It's just annoying a stupid. If I accidentally push the button that start workout couch i have to take it out my ears, put it back into the case, close it, then take them out and put back into my ears. I get it, it's not that difficult, but it does slow me down when I am sweating on elliptical ir a treadmill and trying to get the case and not to drop things on a floor while I ran, annoying. And there is only option to do left or right earbud for workout, there is no complete off switch for chouch, no disable option. And second, I am sure there are plenty of people who use them for other ocasions, like gardening, relaxing, taking a stroll along the park, etc., I do those things too. And sometimes my hands aren't exactly free to put them carefully into my ears, sometimes I hit that button and chouch activates again. Ugh, please, make and update with complete couch disable option. These earduds are not exactly cheap, make them worth the money I paid. When I bought them, there wa no mentioning of "no off switch for the couch" I assumed that as many other electronics it would have on and off swich for every option. Make it happen, UPDATE! Oh, and by the way, the customer service person, did not really want to listen to me, kept trying to end conversation... I was waiting to be connected to cervise for long enough, but your people have no patience with customers, just remember, there is plenty of other peoducts on a market, I don't get respect for the money I spent, - you don't get my business any more...

WAS WORKING GREAT AND REALLY LIKED THEM BUT ONLY 17 DAYS AFTER THE WARRANTY ENDED THE RIGHT EARBUD IS 80 PERCENT LOWER IN VOLUME THAN THE LEFT. AND NO CLEANING DOESNT WORK. ITS DEFECTIVE BUT I CANT EXCHANGE BECAUSE WARRANTY ENDED UP 17 DAYS AGO.. WOW
