    Love, love, love the art work that I can display. I have the TV on a swivel mount. When I am done I push it up against the wall and always display my art.

    Have had the Frame TV for about 6 months. To insure it was mounted properly , I paid for the mounting above my fireplace. Cord was run through the wall and into a cabinet next to the set. Control box is in a closed cabinet next to the TV and I have had no issues accessing it with the remote. Picture is great and some of the artwork is surprisingly good. Sound is good and with sound bar it is impressive. I am using the Frame TV with Sling TV and a Sling box. Local Channels are accessed through antenna and cable into the Slingbox. Used several years with a 55 inch Samsung with no issues. The reason for the 3 stars is the software. Simply put, it is horrible. When it works it does what is expected. However it crashes almost daily. Locks up and requires fully turning off the set to reset. More than once I have had to unplug the control box to reset the unit when simple turning off would work. You have to plan ahead to watch something that is time sensitive, in hopes you can reach the channel before the program/game starts. For what I paid for this set, it is frustrating at best. Looking at other reviews I see that I am not alone with these issues. When will Samsung do something to correct these issues that renders a very good concept and picture so irritating?

    TV Never Worked, Samsung Won't Offer a Solution

    We ordered a 55-inch frame TV in early August, which arrived around a week later. After putting the TV Up on the wall, we tried turning it on. Every time we put on the TV, the display immediately turns off and we cannot watch anything on it or use art mode. It is currently completely unusable. We have been trying to get Samsung to resolve the issue and they finally sent a third-party service provider last week. However, the part needed to fix the TV is unavailable. It is now 10 weeks after we ordered and we still have not had a working TV, and Samsung has not provided a resolution to our issue or a timeframe in which it will be prepared. Completely unacceptable for a product of this supposed quality.

    We purchased two Frame TVs. The large one is fantastic. The smaller one has a great picture but has a glitch we've not been able to figure out. It goes to black for a few seconds then comes right back. We have researched and tried re-wiring to no avail. This has been a source of frustration for us.

    TV was excellent at the start but just a year and a half later, it now goes black for a few seconds while watching something on it and continues to do this constantly. So far my only solution Is unplug power to it for a half hour and plug back in. Ridiculous!!! Spend so much and quality is garbage!

    I've never had this issue with any other tv than the Samsung Frame. I'll be watching something on one of any of the apps like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube etc., and the tv will shut down the app and bring me to the default Samsung tv channels or my cable connection. I then have to restart the app I was watching and find my program again. Software is up to date and this problem will not resolve.
