We li w our Frame Television! This is the second we've owned and are always amazed at the compliments we get about our art 😆😜. The television itself has a wonderfully clear picture and sound. Where else can you get museum quality art for a fraction of the cost and the ability to change it by season or even holiday?? We highly recommend this product that adds a fabulous design element to any room.

The tv when black or you could hear was sound, I tried all the resetting recommended but it did not work, I'm still waiting on it to be repaired or replace.

I love my Samsung Frame TV because it blends design and technology in a way no other TV does. Instead of being a black rectangle on the wall, it truly looks like art. With the no-gap wall mount and customizable bezels, mine fits seamlessly into my living room décor, and guests often don't realize it's a television until it's on. The One Connect Box keeps wires hidden, which makes the setup clean and modern. Picture quality is excellent thanks to QLED technology—bright, vibrant, and crisp whether I'm watching movies, sports, or streaming shows. It's not quite OLED-level for deep blacks, but it handles bright rooms beautifully. Art Mode is my favorite feature: I can choose from Samsung's art library or display personal photos, and the light sensor makes them look like real prints. It turns the TV into part of my home even when it's "off." The smart features are reliable and easy to use. Streaming apps load quickly, AirPlay works seamlessly, and the solar-powered remote is a nice touch. Sound is decent for casual viewing, though I paired mine with a soundbar for fuller audio. Overall, the Frame isn't just a TV—it's an elegant piece of décor that enhances my space while delivering great performance. For anyone who values style as much as technology, I can't recommend it enough.

I love the tv, it is beautiful and the art store is amazing. HOWEVER, a recent software updates FORCES us onto the Samsung tv network, which autoplays, every time sit down to watch a show. It is extremely irritating. Shame on you Samsung…. As an option wonderful, forced with no choice, ridiculous.

We love Samsung TVs and have long admired The Frame sets that we've seen at friends' houses, so when we recently moved apartments, we decided to "trade up" to a large-format Frame. We've seldom been so pleased with an electronics purchase. The colors are vibrant, the picture crisp and sharp, and the wide array of artistic styles and schools seemingly endless. It brightens the room in a way that a single, static painting or photograph, however beautiful or evocative, never could. We find ourselves stopping whenever we pass to marvel at how The Frame brings the wall it hangs on to life. We have bookended The Frame with other pieces of art to either side, but it's always The Frame that visitors comment on. We hope that Samsung continues to license an increasing range of artworks so that The Frame's library, already deep, keeps growing and along with it our appreciation of this unique concept in interior design!

We really like the non-glare picture in our sunny family room. We don't use the frame as an artwork display though. Really unhappy that I have to manually connect my soundbar everytime I turn the TV on since it defaults to the TV speaker. Frustrating
