    Internal wifi hardware issues

    TV did not work out of the box. Set it up and initially had issues downloading apps. Once I did a hard reset I was able to download apps but the TV could not stream live TV without buffering or experience quality drop off. After sending a tech, Samsung told me it was an issue with my wifi despite having almost 750 MbPs and all my other devices work without issue. I even placed an iPad under the TV and it streamed live TV fine. I had to purchase an external streaming device and connect it to the TV to bypass the issue and it now works. Despite this, Samsung maintains it is an issue with my wifi and therefore not covered by the warranty.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

    Customer service is horrible for this product wish I would have bought another brand failed after months been almost 3 weeks still not fixed

    Tv went out within a few months their warranty procedure is a joke I am going on almost 3 weeks without a resolution. Spent over 2 hours on the phone with them today with multiple calls and texts

    We have felt almost like, addicted, to our Samsung TV since the day we unboxed and plugged it in!!! It's like looking at the brilliance of a diamond, OMGits OUR CRYSTAL BALL!!! WOW, it really, literally is!!!!!! Wether it's movies and shows, or our amazing Buffalo Bills and Josh Allen, or watching/ listening to our top 20 music videos, or often our favorite play lists of 100s! OR, my sewing and quilting you tube videos, or even our favorite games and podcasts, our Samsung NEVER lets us down !!! It literally never even gets powered off unless we know an electrical storm is headed out way with thunder and lightning! Even our pups use our tv to have the"company" when we're out, and through the night when we're asleep!! It's their security blanket and our crystal ball to any magical entertainment we want! My husband loves looking through videos and photos, of our grand babies, or of some of our creative projects, like his 6ft wired&lighted xmas trees, off our phones---ON THE TV!!! It's just incredible and we can't wait to see what updates come next, and what brilliant innovations Samsung produces next!!! We are addicts 🤍❤️🤍

    This QLED 43 inch replaced the one that lightening got in our bedroom. The picture and contrast is great. The new OLED 65 inch in the living room is way too dark with contrast too black even after going through the menu and settings. Wish I had purchased the QLED for the living room too!

    The television is very slow it is very slow loading every time you turn it on it takes forever to load the channels Whenever you change channels it takes forever The worst part is when a commercial comes on the volume goes extremely loud every time you got to run to grab the remote to mute the commercials there's no volume control when a commercial comes on which is the main reason I want to get rid of this television and I'm probably looking at another brand

    Of course, we love the 85" display. The built-in in content navigation is great. We no longer need a firestick to bring together all our streaming content sources. I was able to use it as my Smartthings hub for all my smart home devices. We've been extremely happy with the product.
