    Bought the Samsung QN65Q7FAMFXZA TV in January 2018 and it died November 2022. Not a good investment! I have a Sony 52" from 2009 that still works fine, but it's just older tech with a 1080 picturee. Samsung wouldn't help me since the TV was ouIt of warranty. Be very very wary of investing in a Samsung TV. I have no picture on the TV at all. Can't even bring up the menu with the remote.

    I've only had problems with this tv. I was also advertised a chrome remote and received a crppy black remote. The one-connect wire is too fragile and I also just had the power supply die on me. Aside from this TV being subpar, the lack of quality in their products also reflects in samsungs absolute garbage customer service. If you want a service tech to show up to look at your tv it's a guaranteed $500 and they won't trouble shoot by sending a wire or anything. It's a scam. I used to be a die hard Samsung buyer(phone, watch, tv, gaming monitor) but they have forever lost me as a customer.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

    horizontal lines on half the tv went out.. only had the tv for 2 years. problem 2. it started to go into dim light for no reason. nice tv, only with a extented warranty. will not buy again

    use the remote to turn off the tv and a minute or so later it comes back on. now the remote is unresponsive for over a minute. sometimes it does this several times before the tv will stay off. we have turned it off, left the house and came home to it back on. dangerous.

    i was so happy with this tv for so long. second year, one pixel went our, which was disappointing for how much we paid for this tv. we even called samsung to see if they could send a technician to fix it. we are out of their range, so they wouldn't come out. so we figured we would just deal with it. last week we started seeing double images on the screen right in the middle of watching a video. for how much this tv costs, this should never happen.

    i experienced major issues with this tv less than 3 years after buying it. after a couple visits from service technicians, i was told my tv that is in virtually brand new condition, would need a completely new screen and would cost a significant amount of money to fix. i have been a loyal samsung customer for years but i can no longer recommend buying another samsung product. customers should expect tvs they spend thousands of dollars on to be reliable products. unforunately, samsung has been unable to meet that expectation and has not made any efforts to rectify the situation.
