Bought this and worked great for two months....able to get on Netflix, Internet, etc. Then the tv did an update and boom no Internet connection. Tried reset, troubleshooting, called Samsung they can't help without Internet connection. It is connected to network and tv says has Internet connection but will NOT let me online. Checked for solutions online, tried all and discovered that this is not an unusual situation. Lots of other people have had the same problem. Look for another tv if the "Smart" part is important to you.

Yes, the picture is lovely and the fancy new features are fun to mess about with. But the absence of DTS and DIVX renders this expensive new television largely useless to me. I feel cheated and will henceforth avoid ALL Samsung products.

Bought this tv a few weeks back and must say the picture quality is amazing. It seems to greatly improve anything you watch, Colours are vivid and the blacks truly are black, It has a heavy price tag but I still think it's well worth the expense.
