This is a follow up critique from my previous review from a few days ago. I contacted Samsung as you directed, but, I was unable to connect with someone from "level 2" support to fix my problem. I provided my service ticket number, as I was told, originally, that the problem could be solved by having a "level 2" technician remote in to my unit for repair. Because I was unsuccessful in getting help, I will probably be returning this Premiere for a full refund. The service is terrible. Perhaps there should be a recall on this product, or a walk through in your manufacturing plants by upper management to ensure quality control of your products.

I am writing this review because this is my second Premiere projector in less than two months. The first one I returned within two weeks of owning, because a series of horizontal lines appeared that on the screen. I now have had my new projector that replaced the first one for less than 24 hours. As I was setting up and focusing, the focus stopped working. It is blurry, and the unit will not respond. I called Samsung for help, and someone is supposed to call me back from level two, but no one has. However, If it worked as intended, it would be an amazing product. I don't understand why there are so many glitches and problems.

Purchased this in March this year. Samsung seems to have issues with reliability with a lot of their products. First unit died within two weeks, Second replacement model after 3 months with minimal use. 3rd unit is working perfectly but for how long who knows. Would I buy another one, absolutely. Having no glare, no emitted blue light and 130" image, it just our does a normal tv. Easy to relocate, can even take it to my second house for family events. Was an absolute pleasure watching the formula one races and origin on the big screen. Good sound and low fan noise.
