OK projector for a while with very lacking features. Support doesn't really know how to do anything with it. Have set two appts for support over the built in online within the projector. Never called me. After a couple of years water like spots growing daily in the upper right corner of screen. Fingernail clip looking artifacts that appear and disappear. I'd expect this from 90's Samsung, but not Samsung of today. Ordered a JVC "again" last night. Am disappoint...

Samsung UST Projectors have a defective DMD chip resulting in white pixels and they do not cover the repair. Do Not Buy!!! REPAIRED TWICE IN ONE YEAR AT MY COST! FTC Complaint Filed.

All I can report, after watching people's faces as when this projector shoots out it's magic, there's nothing in this universe that matches the intensity of the world cup on this unit. It's like , it was made for soccer tennis and the Olympics. Thank you

Worst product and support team. Received defective device it is not turning on at all. when i contacted support they circled me between order support and technical support neither of them able to help or replace the product.

I love the video quality and to my surprise even the audio is very good. I'm using this without any sound bars and I'm satisfied with its audio quality.
