I've had this Samsung 55" since 2017 (It's 2025) and it has performed PERFECTLY. Not a glitch at all and can't be more happy. My experience is it's a 5 star all the way and I watch at least 20 hours a week.

I had purchased the 55" Class KU630D 4K UHD TV back in 2016. Since the day it was purchased, have had not one single problem with this TV. The color is still excellent, the sound is wonderful, anything can be plugged into this TV with no problem. Bluetooth settings are very easy to use and pairs with all my other devices. Love that one remote does everything. And on top of all that, it is so simple to go online with the browser that is already built in. Originally purchased this Samsung TV to replace a 55" Sony TV that one day without warning just shut off and would not come back on no matter what I tried. Sony's customer support was absolutely no help at all and told me I'd just have to buy a new TV. That TV was only 3 years old! And one month past the warranty date. So, didn't want to go that route again, & decided to purchase a 55" Samsung TV instead. Best purchase I have ever made. When this Samsung TV finally goes out, I will be purchasing another Samsung.

this tv has great colors, i use mosly for gaming and it has a very clear picture. i have the 70" modal. with low lag time and 120hz, its perfect. im very satisfied with this one.

i bought this tv approximately 3 years ago. was quirky when trying to connect to home network even with tv 10 feet from wireless router. apps on tv get compressed on menu sometimes making them harder tomaccess. just lost the power supply so tv is dead. this tv has been in the basement and is only used occasionally. basically, they made this tv as cheap as they could. i paid what i thought was a good price until i started using it. if i had to do it over again, i would get a refund from the retailer.

I bought this product in september 2019 and today is november 26 2019 and since then in every month it stop working i had to go to service centre to get it replaced . The amount of petrol and time i had to give to get it replaced for this product is actually more than original cost of product itself I requested for a refund or exchange of product i was willing to purchase a costlier product and pay the difference amount in place if this rubbish product but u fortunately they have only replace policy there is no refund or exchange in any circumstance i talked to customer support they said even if it stops working 10 more times the only option i have is replacement untill the product is under warranty Highly disappointed

Bought this in November of 2016 and we have mostly loved it. No complains until this past week when the remote stopped working and then the entire tv stopped powering on. Did all the troubleshooting and it is dead. They will not fix as it's over a year old. Seems ridiculous when we paid so much for this tv at the time of purchase and my LG has lasted many more years without problems. Will never trust a Samsung product again.
