We have enjoyed for more than 4 years an excellent image and the only thing against which it could point out is that for some reason the YouTube app is replaced by other apps or simply disappears from the quick access menu, so you have to install it again every once I want to access it.

Bought set in late 2015. Starting now to lose WiFi connectivity. Apparently this is a Known issue with this and other Samsung Smart TVs.

I really like this TV except the streaming apps are buggy. If you stick to Amazon and Netflix you are fine but if you start browsing other streaming apps behaviour becomes erratic. Crashes, Freezing, Sound from a different app playing over the desired one. Only solution is to reset all streaming apps and resist the temptation to browse again. (It will crash again if you do). No update in a long time. It could used it. My newer Samsung TV's don't do this.

I would highly recommend this TV to anyone, I have been waiting to get a big screen in my house for a while and specifically waiting for the 4K Tv to come down in price. Once thing about samsung is they make quality products, most of my family are in after shock with the size and clarity of the screen. I bought the 75 in TV and boy does it impress all my friends, they amazed by it. At the moment they are planning the next super bowl game at the house. Great TV you would not be dissappointed.

Picture quality, features, etc. on this television we're all wonderful. However, one month out of warranty, it will not turn on. Judging by commentary on the internet, this is a common problem yet Samsung doesn't acknowledge the problem is with the product. I called customer service, and was told I would be contacted by a tech service rep and was not. In any event, it is a 55inch paperweight. I expect better from a company such as Samsung. I will not have this issue in the future as I will not purchase another Samsung product.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

This tv gives no heat to the room and has most of the apps to watch tv. It is still sad I have to use Chromecast for all the rest of the apps I couldn't download.

I have 4 Samsung from 32 inches to the newest75 inches . In my personal opinion Samsung has had the number one TV for a few years now ,I wouldn't have any other brand.
