Per other review, product was delivered in pieces and smashed to pieces. Packing totally inadequate and was clearly shipped in a broken state. Don't bother, Samsung customer services totally hopeless requesting pictures and requiring a 15 day return process. Not worth the hassle.

The bezel is too large and the bottom part falls off my tv. It needs larger magnets or more to hold it on.

The enormous box that houses power and media plugs is a largely unspoken detail of The Frame. For the TV to achieve its aesthetic potential, we had to make an even bigger hole behind the TV to house it.

I love everything on this Tv including the fact I can get to place it anywhere in my house and still look like art. Today's days has been hard for me and I am in love on what I can do to at least for a little hit forget everything on my reality and put some arts on the tv and enjoy letting my imagination flow through the arts. Love this product and I will never change it
