It only worked for about a month before it seems to have failed. Now, any time it's connected, it causes the hub and all devices to drop offline. This is repeatable with installing the dongle on a separate TV. The range also seems much lower than what you'd expect for a traditional zigbee hub. Also fyi for Frame owners, this can NOT be installed on the TV itself - it's the wrong style USB connection. It must be installed on the Oneconnect box, which is kind of annoying if your box isn't fully hidden. Lastly, support for this device is pretty much non existent. Firmware updates? Who knows. It's pretty much impossible to find information on the hub/dongle feature of the TVs, and Samsung support doesn't even seem to understand what that is.

I use my Samsung Dongle all the time!! It's a great product! Built solid and safely. Also have a Galaxy s22 and I love this phone. All Samsung products are great and they do a great job. I love Samsung products!

Great unit for smart things app ,and a must have for certain tvs. Runs everything in the house flawlessly . Easy setup as well. Works great with my phone. Alot smaller than expected which is very nice
