Pros: I love the machine. It really does very nice embroidery. It takes a bit of learning to do the software especially the optional software but once that is done you are off to do some great embroidery. There are many videos on youtube explaining the machine and the software and with that I started embroidering the moment I set up the machine. I really like this machine and I am happy I decided on this one instead of one of the many others out there that I was researching. For the price you cant do any better than this one. Also buydig.com has provided fast and prompt shipping and I am sure should something come out which I don't think it will there will be good customer service. I haave all the optional software that comes with it and can edit and make changes with given and downloaded embroidery files. Also this software will open all different kind of embroidery files meant for other machines and does nice work with those also. All in all a great machine.

Other thoughts: I am thinking of going into business with this machine doing embroidery for friends and neighbors because I am so confident in this machines output.

Other thoughts: This is a wonderful machine. I had some difficulties at the beginning because I have Windows 8 in my computer(laptop) and there was no compatibility between them so I download an update for Windows 8 wish I found it in the Singer Futura webpage and now is ready to use. I`am very happy with my Singer.
