I thought my TV had died because the picture was extreme Blue and Red. I couldn't watch or read the Guide screen. I saw where I could call Troubleshooting, and when I called that number, I got Katy, and she very patiently walked me through the steps for Feature Settings, and was able to solve my big problem. Katy was a lifesaver!!!

My experience with EJ was nothing short of perfection. He assisted me, as an older person with not much knowledge, and not only corrected my issue , but handled me with the utmost kindness and competence I could have ever hoped for. He is by far, a stellar human being. Hats off to you, EJ!
