Pros: Large Screen, Acquires Satellites Quickly, Reliable Performance, Simple Controls, Easy To Read, Easy Menus, Easy To Set Up Cons: Inaccurate, Short Battery Life Other thoughts: I used the TomTom for a 1000 mile trip. It showed the lanes to use when highways merged or separated and gave quality roads to use. It also was helpful in finding out of the way addresses in the country.

Pros: Large Screen Cons: Non-Working Touchscreen, Defective, Buggy software Other thoughts: I used to think TomTom was a great company and loved the TomTom ONE XL-S, but this one was a defective piece of garbage. First of all the software barely worked at all, and took me far too much time to try to update the maps and kept failing for no particular reason. Then, the touchscreen stopped responding entirely and no amount of resetting could solve the problem. TomTom technical support was friendly and offered to send an exchange under warranty, but I had given up on this model.

Pros: Reliable Performance, Acquires Satellites Quickly, Large Screen, Easy To Read, Simple Controls, Easy Menus, Easy To Set Up Cons: Other thoughts: This is my third GPS and my second TomTom and by far the best yet. Looking forward to the lifetime map updates.

Other than that I really like this GPS, it performs much better than my previous Garmin I gave 3 stars for the poor battery life and the fact that I had to rma a mount after 1 week

There should be a alarm sound to notify drive to make a turn, it will be very convinient
