I have not yet bought it. I still am using your other speaker system. If it's anything like your other products I have used and still use. I commend you on your products. I couldn't find another brand that is as good as yours.

I got this sound bar last week. I had trouble getting it to work because of a bad cable. I went to online chat and they figured out the problem. However VIZIO did not replace the cable for me!!

This product has great sound for its size and is easy to put together. The instructions and interconnectivity between Vizio TV and Vizio Soundbar still need some work. While they are accurate, I had to reset to factory settings 3 times before it actually worked.

Very good sound bar and easy to adjust equalizer with the remote I connected with the optical cord that came with the sound bar then changed the tv's audio output to PCM. My tv remote turns the volume up or down on the sound bar no need to two remotes and it is easy to adjust the levels on the bass and treble with the sound bar remote.

This sound bar is easy to connect to. It is decent and works well with the Vizio tv as an extender of increased sound and amplification. Does a great job in a standard sized home entertainment area and multiple functional use including bluetooth feature is an added benefit.

Cons: The tuner doesn't get nearly as good over-the-air reception as my previous Vizio TV, Model 420SV - 8 years older model. Also, it would be good if you could hide the inputs you don't use so that you could rotate through the ones that you do use more quickly. Speakers are terrible, so I will buy one of your sound bars - probably what you had in mind. Also, make the app selections (VUDU, netflix, etc.) programmable so you can change them to the apps that you use. Manual instructions should mention that you can't adjust any input's settings without being tuned into that input. Color fades out badly at viewing angles. PROs: great price, good picture when viewed straight on, alexa compatible, plenty of useful features

Since I was able to connect the sound bar to my Xfinity remote, I like it. Initially, I was disappointed that the Vizio remote didn't illuminate. But I can operate both tv & sound bar with one remote.

Bought it this past July and am just now getting it installed. I had it hooked up to my LG 45" but it didn't really improve the sound. I moved it to a 19" wall mounted tv. The template was easy to use to mark mounting holes, the mounting screws went in pretty as you please and connections were a snap. And it's just right size to hang under the tv.
