Okay. The purchase and shipment of the product through this site was amazing. It was easy and fast and at such a discounted price that I couldn't believe it. My issue is with the product. They need too many cords to work! I'm a student, it's not like I have an office or a professional work space in which I can keep this baby tucked away. I was hoping for an easy, transportable tablet, but this thing needs to be plugged into the wall to work, and then plugged into the three-headed cord, which is also plugged into the tablet, and then ultimately plugged into an adapter that I need to plug into my mac (don't even get me started on mac's lack of ports). This isn't student friendly, and it probably wasn't engineered to be that way. I should've researched it more before making the purchase. Now I have to return it :( I'm pretty sad. But BuyDig was great!

Pros: Easy too install
customizable controls (9 in total not including the 2 on the pen)
pen has a nice rubbery grip to comfort fingers
great wire management
Its made by wacom!
Cons: main wire is a little short
plug can easily come off if you aren't conscious of the position
brightness although adjustable seems low (even had to tweak contrast to view it better)
the kick stand isn't sturdy, I wouldn't trust it
Other thoughts: After drawing for almost 8-9 years (4 on an off screen tablet) I feel way more in control of my lines and coloring with this device.

Pros: Cintiq delivered on time and in good shape. No problems.
Cons: One problem with setting up Cintiq driver to my mac book. I tried the disc that came with cintiq but it wouldn't read my mac system (os 10.10 Yosemite). I ask around and went online and finally emailed Wacom and they sent me a link to download the driver. The disc apparently was reading my '10.10' operating system as '10.1' and thought my computer system was too old! Not a horrible problem but definitely a brain teaser for a week or so.

Pros: It was the best thing I can say I have ever used. The price was perfect!! It was!! This was the only place I could find it at the cheapest price!! And trust me, I have looked everywhere! It w was very as definitely brand new!! The set up is very easy! And the shipping was excellent! I got it within a week. I was very surprised! Now I know where to get more wacom product! This was best for me!! Surely!!!
Cons: The packaging, it was annoying. It should have been packaged better but it arrived without problem but still. I think more padding would have sufficed. Especially for such an expensive product.
Other thoughts: Wacom's contain 13 does live up to its price. I still find it expensive but it was worth it. Drawing is easier, and concentration on digital art is better. I must admit I love pencil n paper but this was just as good if not better since it saves a lot on colors and other material. It's all right in front of you. Again, I can't help but to say...I love it!! And would HIGHLY recommend it!!

Other thoughts: The tablet is very easy to set op. There is a ton of help via Wacom, the internet and You-Tube. I started out using it with my laptop. It is an older one with limited memory. I am looking for a faster new computer with 12 gb of memory.

Community Open Reply - In-House Expert Hello, It all depends on two things 1. what you can afford. 2 and how good are you at hand eye coordination. The latter response is about the Wacom graphite tablet which requires you to manipulate the tablet while looking on the screen, compared to a Cintique that allows you to see what you are actually doing on the screen.
