The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds (2nd Gen) in Black are premium open-ear wireless earbuds designed for all-day listening without blocking the ear canal. Their cuff-style design rests around the outside of the ear, allowing users to hear music, calls, and entertainment while remaining naturally aware of surrounding sounds. They combine Bose OpenAudio technology, TrueSpatial Immersive Audio, Cinema Mode, SpeechClarity technology, Bluetooth 5.4, wireless charging, IPX4 water resistance, and up to 9 hours of battery life in a lightweight, flexible design.

Bose OpenAudio technology directs sound toward the ear while keeping the ear canal open. This allows environmental sounds to remain naturally audible while still providing a focused listening experience for music, podcasts, calls, and video.

The second-generation model supports Bose Immersive Audio with TrueSpatial technology, creating a wider and more enveloping presentation. A dedicated Cinema Mode is designed to enhance movies and shows with a more spatial presentation and improved dialogue clarity.

For voice calls, the earbuds use two built-in microphones with SpeechClarity technology to improve voice pickup and intelligibility. Physical controls provide direct access to playback, calls, and supported functions without relying entirely on touch gestures.
