Pros: This unit works better than my previous (different brand) Panini Press. The hinge system on this one keeps the top plate parallel to the bottom plate. This was a refurbished unit, but it looks like new. Cons: None yet. Other thoughts:

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Pros: Removable plates for cleaning. Cons: Other thoughts: Bought on of these that doesn't have the removable plates. Love it, but labor intensive if used frequently. Bought 3 of these for XMAS presents.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Pros: Heats quickly Easy to clean Cons: Other thoughts: We have used the press several nights a week and absolutely love it, especially for the $30 price tag. It's small enough for our small kitchen and we are able to make either one large sandwich or 2-3 mini panini's with it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
