This was an inexpensive drone to play with, even so it is a bit fragile. It has good quality images and is fun to play with as long as you have open space. It does not handle wind gusts well.

Pros: This was an open box special at a price I couldn't refuse. The drone arrived very good condition, no obvious defects, scratches, evidence of abuse. It flew like a champ [I have two others] holding altitude and position very well on a windy day. The return home feature worked as it should and landed within 3 feet of takeoff position. Cons: Three of the props were in good shape one black one was somewhat distorted, probably from packaging. One of the batteries refuse to take a charge but the other one was good.By using the good battery and inserting it in the charger until the green light comes on in the charger goes into maintenance mode you can then remove the charged battery and insert the battery that needs to be charged in order to trick the charger into charging the battery that would not take the charge previously. This process is work for me for 12 or so batteries that act up every once in a while. I maybe had five or so flights when I was flying very high the right rear motor broke loose and my bebop dropped out of the sky. Upon further investigation I determined that there was only one screw holding the motor in place where three are required. I subsequently checked the other motors and on the left rear one screw was missing their as well. The two front motors were fine. Other thoughts: Buying an open box item is an opportunity riding a dangerous wind. [pun intended] Buydig offered to refund my money upon return of the bebop.The replacement cost would have been almost double what I paid. I had a bebop that the main board was wrecked due to water damage so in my case it was far more cost-effective to pull the board out of the new drone and save the parts for future repairs that will become necessary over time. The missing screws was something that Buydig could not predict. I will be a little more scrupulous in my pre-flight inspection for the next drone. Why would I need so many drones? I have three grandchildren and they are becoming very good flyers. This sky controller although cumbersome, is essential if you're engaging in long distance flight. Would I buy open box or refurbished products again... If the price is right and it makes sense I would. Recommendation we cut our teeth on the Syma X5C and honed our flying skills. These things are almost indestructible and we made many mistakes including flyaways. They are so cheap and parts so readily available we are now using them for dogfights in helping others learn this very enjoyable hobby. The bebop is a logical next step on your way up to the DJI phantoms.
