Smart things has made this tv my top 10 favorites im able to turn it on and off with my phone as well as watch all my favorite things that are on my phone directly on the tv with out having to transfer anything or download any new apps. I recommend this product for anyone who is new to the advanced technology of 2025. Im still getting used to the tech. Easy to use and easier to figure out with AIs help mode.
By Frame frustrations
Save your MONEY…this product is low quality. It performs so slow in every aspect. Imagine the (buffer) color wheel on a Mac book that never ends and that's the Samsung Frame. The gimmick of the "frame" itself with art projection is minimal quality and average at best. I suggest looking at an LG for much faster reaction times, much better picture, more features (outside of the frame feature) at a much lower price point.

The Samsung frame TV was mounted on our family room wall and work great for two years. Then, the screen failed with a dark striped down the right third of the screen. you'll need to buy an extended warranty if you choose to buy a Samsung Frame TV. not happy !!!

The frame TV is a great TV. We have our living room with lots of windows in direct sunlight. So we were looking for a tv with low glare that you would still be able to see in full sun. This is that TV. Picture quality, it is amazing. The refresh rate Has no lag and its ability to run apps Without constantly buffering is really good.

This frame tv is lovely. I was able to choose a lovely free picture shown above and it even has sound effects if you want … Just wish the remote made it easier to change stations Not a decorators choice to place this tv over a piano but it honestly looks great over mine. Makes me happy

Still waiting for my 2 year art store subscription. Have tried twice with customer service to rectify the problem . Each time they referred me to the escalation department. Have not heard back either time. It's been over a year the first time and 3 months for the second time.

I use my samsung frame to have a low profile tv and picture frame in my bedroom. Our previous TV took a lot of space. At first the frame was pretty nice to use. I decided to go ahead and pay the gallery subscription to have access to more art work. My wife loves being able to pick out seasonal images to have hanging in our room. Downsides are that the controls on the bottom seem to operate in a way that always leads my kids to turn it on when I am changing them on the table right infront of the TV. Also the frame seems to have a constant issue where it will alert you that there is an optimization required, this usually happens right when you start using the frame and it is basically inoperable for 5 minutes doing some optimization that never seems to solve the issue.

We have the tv in our bedroom so we stream a little bit more we watch local news. This tv didn't last 3 months The process of the warranty is very complicated
